A modern and relaxing hotel, my first choice in Newcastle upon Tyne. Brilliant place for discovering Newcastle upon Tyne with dog-friendly and extremely polite staff, particularly at the reception desk. - Fashionable rooms and incredible breakfast available. - Particularly good location right by a Toby pub restaurant minutes away as well as super stores, delicious food.

The room was compact and newly remodelled, included complimentary WiFi, coffee-making facilities, and an iron. The bed was very comfy, separate shower worked well. The location was particularly good and absolutely perfect in the airport area and suited the needs.

The location was great and lovely, just a 5-minute walk from the bus stop, the rooms were compact, stylish, with a bathtub, a fire alarm.

It was in a central setting close to the Kingston Park metro stop. In general the staff were welcoming and courteous. The food was reasonably priced, good priced.

Conveniently located and welcoming reception area. The unique design of the sink and the complimentary toiletries added a nice touch. Although there were a few drawbacks such as slow Wi-Fi and parking charges, overall I had a pleasant stay at Novotel Newcastle Airport and would recommend it.
